My loyalty is to Nina. Therefore I can only speak ill of Anna. However putting my love for the Queen aside. Anna is as much of a clone of Nina. As Kazuya is to Heihachi. Also people ragging on the Queen's ragged wedding dress. Obviously the Queen is paying homage to Beatrix Kiddo. Besides the wedding dress slays.

Yo Beart dawg, we got our buffs up in this E3 build.

Quote
Lili
New move- *qcf,2,1
First hit is homing and -10
Second hit is safe, super delayable, +2 on hit, OC
- *u/b_u_u/f+2
Her T5DR f+1+2 is back (Sebastian's f+1+2)
It's -12 on block
- (1,2)3 is only -13 now
knocks down on CH
- u/f+4,3 is now safe (wow damage)

Nina
- *WR1+2
mid, safe, good damage
- qcf+1
launches like Anna's elbow on CH
- Wipe the floor launches on CH
- SS4 doesn't stagger on block (still -15)
- *New extension from 1,4 string
slow, mid, CH launch

PC footage for the PC homies.

Aww yeah!

I forgot to post the full changes discovered so far, heh.

Looks like Lili, Nina, Chloe, and the shitmaster got the most updates found so far. Chloe becomes more Capo.

Rumor: Roster leak

http://twitter.com/flying_wonkey/status/748433458251214848

2 New fighters
Miguel
Bob
Mokujin
Raven
Lei
Bears
Anna (Woo!)
Julia (WOO!)
Lee (EXCELLENT!)

Also as a bonus, I found character lifetime usage for Korea.

No women in top 10, but Lili still stays first. Xiaoyu is most hated female in Korea (AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!). Alisa second most popular female in Korea :O. Asuka much less popular. Yoshimitsu bottom. Heihachi much more popular. Drag quite a bit less popular but still decent. Feng pretty disliked there. Hwoarang (DUH!), Jin, and Law much more popular there.

New interview...

http://www.siliconera.com/2016/07/01/tekken-7-developers-new-features-character-styles-not-charging-game-items/

Pretty standard stuff, although this slightly has me worried.....

Quote
We can’t say anything concrete for consoles, but we could say we aren’t going to make you pay for something in the game. If it’s something not in the game like a Karin costume from Street Fighter V which wasn’t originally intended and everyone wants us to make it. If we end up making it later we would have to pay Capcom royalties and in that instance it would be DLC or something. Monetization just to unlock something in the game isn’t something we’re thinking about.

Although, we can’t detail the system a good way to judge it would be if it’s something that costs more than the original game budget to create it would be DLC. If it was within the original game’s budget then it wouldn’t cost the users anything extra.

"Costs more that the original game budget" = every excuse for locking out standard content from every asshole developer ever. Also a big change in his comments from "I would never charge for character and customization DLC" he said just a year ago. I hope Namco aren't going to force there atrocious DLC practices on Harada now.....

Also the Karin costume (obviously for Lili) is a oddly specific example......

It sadly seems SNK is the only company that doesn't support paid DLC unless it's something merely cosmetic.

The worst paid DLC in my opinion are characters. It's even worse when characters are purposely withheld to be released later as paid DLC.

Too be fair, he originally said no paid DLC characters but he would only charge for cosmetic stuff, then last year he changed it to no paid DLC characters or cosmetics, now he's implying paid DLC but thankfully only used cosmetics as a example. That said outside of Tekken Namco's DLC practices are quite shit, the last Tales of had paid DLC moves for example........

I think everyone agrees to that *makes fart noise at Arc System Works and Capcom*. Also don't forget pre-order DLC characters that are paid only later..... I think pre-order DLC is some of the worst of all...

According to Kane, Akuma in the latest build was buffed something fierce.

Akuma can punish anything that's -10 or greater with a jab/crouch jab, into shoryuken, into a combo for just 1 bar. He can interrupt strings such as King's 1+2, 1 on block with shoryuken, and shuts down Lili after a d/f+3+4 (BOOOOOOOO!).

Sadly Izzy is correct. EX Kyo, EX Iori, and Mr. Karate was some serious disk locked bullshit in KOFXIII...... Almost as bad as Kokonoe in BlazBlue CP 1.0...almost.
Also they locked out Leona to be 1$ DLC in Metal Slug XX, so if you've ever wondered what the integrity of the game industry is worth, it's 1$.

The new, but kind of old, SNK are off to a good start, but lets see how they act for more than a single game first.

Sorry, I took it for granted, so I didn't specify that I referred to SNK's current policy, that is what now and actually matters.

The difference between the interviews and announcements released by SNK's and most of the other videogame companies' staff is clear, and influence in SNK's favour.

More pics of customizations of some other additional customization stuff (includes what I already posted too).

Can change default hair colors now, Seras will be happy to see Hwoa's pirate crap and shitty hair can be removed and changed back to normal. Adding some item that people can equip that disables the opponent from being able to do additional attacks after ko, since some people actually get butthurt over that..... At least they're not outright removing it like some fighters did....

Indeed Sera is happier now =), thanks!

As for the different artists' works, Junny's are usually very nice, most of Tomio Fujisawa's look like poor fanarts.

Wtf?

http://www.craveonline.com/entertainment/1008041-tekken-7-producer-claims-sjws-prevented-swimsuit-costumes

Given I've not seen any swimsuit complaining (the article even mentioned TTT2's praise for swimsuit equality for everyone making it more dumbfounding that he used TTT2 as an excuse), and Harada talking about making it paid DLC instead, this sounds like BS with Harada trying to get the blame put towards a already hated group to avoid responsibility for potential shitty DLC buisness practices in the future and locking out content (we all know swimsuit DLC sells the best), especially after he dodged the paid DLC question in the previous interview and then gave excuses for why things could be paid DLC in the future already.

New interview, that also includes a follow up to my previous post.

http://www.avoidingthepuddle.com/news/2016/7/16/harada-murray-stream-qa-session-during-evo-day-1.html

If you're one of the people wanting some T4 costumes, well they make sure to let you know that game wasn't popular, but T5 was popular and they liked T5 because it was popular, so costume from it are popular. because it was popular, so that makes it's content popular, because it's popular.

Also the follow-up to my last post.....

Quote
Can you please include Frame Data (in-game)
This is often asked, we should probably explain why we don't. This discussion has came up a lot in the past but some of reasons why we didn't do it was because, it might seem like the game was daunting to new players who feel they have to learn all of these numbers and also we wanted players to explore the game to find it out like with combos when you first pick it up so if you just boil it down to numbers right away, we're worried that that might take away from the game. I mean when you are talking about a large audience. Obviously we do understand the players that do go to tournaments or these kind of 'Pros' would really like the data so Harada was saying that frame data is not something everyone is wanting.

Murray: "So I don't know, maybe if it was added as DLC like if you had to pay for it, then we could perhaps satisfy that type of crowd. So it's not totally not off the table I guess you could say"

Harada's argument was that you buy Strategy guides right? So why not the frame data.

Frame data as paid DLC, "lol wut?"
So first Harada blames SJW's and says swimsuits being paid DLC makes it optional. Now he's saying frame data in game hurts the game for casuals "lol, wut?" (because DOA5's casual play was totally hurt by framedata in practice) and Murray says it being paid DLC makes it optional (because turning it off in options IS TOTALLY NOT OPTIONAL!).

So yeah, not only do they keep teasing locking out content and features for paid DLC, but are actually blaming fans and shit for it in advance. That's a new one.....

My hype just keeps dying....

So what is Harada's end-game here? Well, in a follow-up tweet the producer suggested that the swimsuits will be available in future DLC, which kinda undermines his whole argument that those pesky Social Justice Warriors have censored his game. Are they only concerned when such an addition is made to the base game, but aren't bothered if people pay extra money for it?

SPEEEEEEED AND WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIGHT~!

Glad Bob Richards is back but... what happened to him? Did he become a hobo or something? That outfit would look so badass if the clothes were new with the jeans torn up only. He really looks like Nice Guy Eddie (Chris Penn) from Reservoir Dogs)

And WTF happened with that female Raven? The original Raven was so badass, come on, was a perfect homage for Wesley Snipes~! They took away the charm of the character. :-\
