KOf 2002 BC combos that I cannot do
« on: 19 of June of 2010, 02:40:42 am »

Hi guys , I want to know if there is any tactic or shortcut to perform a BC combo like for examples....

For Choi:  Down B , Down B , activate BC , followed by Down C ,  SDM qcf qcb BD

   For Athena : Down B , Down A , BC , Down C , HSDM or SDM

   For Ralf : Down B , BC , Down C , back front C , SDM

   For Billy:  Down B , Down B , down A , BC , down C , qcf qcf AC SDM.

I can't seem to do this consistently. The hard part is the BC , followed by a down C . It is too hard for me , I have seen people do this combo like it is so easy , I believe there is a shortcut to bypass the BC into a normal , any ideas to help me out?

Yeah there is a shortcut, you hit the button you want to come out slightly earlier than the other one.

So the Choi combo for example would be c.B, c.B, c.C~B, qcf, hcb+K. You hit the B slightly after the C and the C will come out automatically as soon as you cancel.

You mean to say , that after pressing Down B , Down B ,  followed by a Down C then very fastly press B in order to activate BC ?   It is like using my two fingers  to drum across or what?  I mean to say individual button presses but it is done very fast?

Yes. If you want a B to come out instead you can do the opposite and hit B a little bit before C.

Ok, thanks I will try out and let you know when I can do it. Ok my next question is  I would like to know how to do BC combo bypass? Examples like this...

Vice-Near Standing D (two hits) , BC , SDM hcb hcb BD

Daimon- Near Standing D , DF+C , BC , SDM hcb hcb AC

Evil Yashiro- Near Stand D or Stand C , fwd A or fwd B , BC , SDM hcb hcb AC

Normal Yashiro- Near Stand D or Stand C , fwd A or fwd B , BC , SDM qcf qcf AC or HSDM qcb,hcb BD

You get the idea...

There are several BC combos of Iori which I cannot do at all such as

Stand C , fwd A , BC , HSDM

Near Stand A two times , fwd A , BC , HSDM

Down B , Near Stand B , fwd A , BC , HSDM

I near shortcut for this, I find it impossible to do it , it is too fast.

Vice - s.D, hcb, hcb, BC, BD
O.Yash - s.C, f+A, hcb, hcb, BC, AC
etc.

You have to be really fast with last button presses.

I assume you can do a similar thing with Iori HSDM but I'm not quick enough to do the whole motion after f+A.

Thanks Remxi . By the way I still can't do the  Down C ~ B method for Choi  and the rest of the cast.  I press C and then very fastly drum my other finger with B , but the BC mode activation  still doesn't come out, is there anything wrong I did?
