SFxT community is very small, also maybe smaller than UMVC3, sorry, but is is the harsh reality.
The game is funny, but only this, the gameplay is very buggy and bad designed, geomega, you must review the streams posted here by PureYeti, SFxT have less watchers than other streams, and yesterday was the straw that broke the camel when lot of people people, at least joking, did prefer watch DiveKick instead SFxT.

to each their own, im not convinced that it is trash.
However, it is Not even close to being the best in a while ... After the hype left my body, i found myself losing interest in it, and playing UMVC3 instead.
I see the picture, i see the flaws, i do not like capcom, i don't like how the game is big yet not complete, i do not like the DLC. I chose to get the game and enjoy it casually, i got some favorite characters in there. Doesn't mean that i support Capcom, doesn't mean that im anti- anything or with- anything. I also do not like having an opinion shoved down my throat.
first off its a forum second off I wasnt shoving your opinion down your throat I was just giving you mine to counter what i have been seeing alot, I didnt just want to say this game is crap because capcom is a sell out I just wanted to give reason I thought were valid, I wasnt mean or aggressive or anything just giving my opinion too. I just keep seeing in this thread that people are acting like we are anti capcom anytime we complain about what we dont like that they are doing and thats not it. We are disappointed and sadden that not only are they making games that are less and less complete but their fans are letting them get away with it too.

well, you guys keep talking about this game like is a piece of S**T, street fighter x tekken has to be one of the best game of the years..
Trolling aside, you can lie to yourself as much as you want, but the bottom line fact is, and always will be, that SFxT is a black eye on fighting games. Its practice, craftsmanship, it emanates a great idea that turned into a crap product.
Quote from: geomega on 25 of May of 2012, 02:41:23 pm
and what are you talking about being ripp off of snk characters.. cap com and tekken probably don't even have the time to pay attention to snk products right now...face it.
First of all, it's Capcom and Namco Bandai. Secondly, the supers of Marduk, Steve, Xiaoyu look like they borrowed Ralf, Rick Strowd, and Hotaru. Now it may not have been intentional, but the similarity is too glaring to ignore.
Quote from: geomega on 25 of May of 2012, 02:41:23 pm
this has to be the only forum where people don't talk about strategies or gameplay about the characters or even about fan boyish stuffs, all you guys talk about is how much you dislike the game, if you don't like it just don't play it.. that's why you guys have kof XIII right?...
No,
I
talked about how
I
disliked the game, let's not pluralize this fact and lash out at everyone else. And bringing up KOF XIII just further weakens your argument, because aside from being revered and praised by the fighting game community as a whole, you bring up a game that is the polar opposite of SFxT. You just compared a filet mignon to a plate of Hamburger Helper.
And so, for the sake of redundancy, yeah, I don't like it. I've played it, and I still dislike it.
I'm not looking to change your opinion, as farfetched as it may be, just don't try to put an abysmal game that deserves to see its remaining days at the bottom of a bargain bin, as a diamond-quality game.

The handling of the gem system and Capcom essentially locking themselves into a position of not being able to alter their DLC plans (if
this
is to be believed) were the final nails in the coffin.
It certainly *could* have been good and I certainly got enjoyment from playing it but it's the failure of the developer support that has killed this game.

Neh, Capcom were "too punchy" and Seth refuses to buy the Ultimate Defense Gem.

Upon hearing Seth's exit from Capcom, that was the song that came to mind. I wonder what will become of Seth from Street Fighter though. Perhaps Capcom will turn him into a joke characters?

Really sucks for Capcom, it's going to be real hard to find someone to fill Seth's spot.
