Tekken 6 BR - Sergei Dragonov

"Alright comrades, today we will be taking a look at one of Russia's most secret of weapons. The Dragunov!"
, said the newly inducted practical tactics instructor.
"Now, I know all of you are thinking, 'What can this small fry could offer about batt-"
"When you say the Dragunov do you mean the rifle?"
"...No, not the damn rifle Comrade Alexi...The person."
"I want to talk about the Rifle instead, sir."
"Too bad, now shut up!"
, and so began the class on Sergei Dragunov.
Dragunov is a new addition to the Tekken roster since DR and is the first to use the military martial art of Command Sambo. He is a character's whose focus centers around damaging throws and short burst combos and juggles at close range, misleading attacks and counter hits at a mid range, and versatile dash attack at long range. He also comes with a set of quick counter stances which send his opponent face first to the ground. With two command parries for both high/mid, and low attacks a Dragonov player can be able to make their way through tekken without using the low parry feature built into the system, but remember the command parries for Dragonov lead to throws rather than bounced states.
Weakness:
Counter hit centric play style: Playing Dragunov while not entirely defensive is greatly reliant of counter hits for damage in combos and juggles.
Weak Bound game: Dragunov doesn't make good use of the bound combo system in Tekken 6. Most of his bounds while practical are also low damage, some doing less damage than if you landed a combo on a standing or crouching opponent.
Higher than normal throw usage: Due to his fighting style, at close range alot of strategy revolves around using pokes and throws which can get predictable even if you mix up his throws and pokes. This leads to opponents learning his throw breaks and giving you fits in your effective range.
Short Ranged: Dragunov can dominate the close range fight for the most part and handles himself self well at the mid range, but at a distance he has very few options that aren't risky, but he balances this out with high risk high reward rushing attack that can set up for a B! combo or used to trick someone into eating a throw.
Slow attack start ups: Dragunov has some fairly slow or telegraphed move animations that cause him to eat counter hits or throws you do the move at the the wrong time. This means that you have to put alot of thought into how you approach and respond to opponent, but general experience will work this out as you play him more and more.
Strengths
Able to Bait Parries: Dragunov has a rather high amount of crouching opponent throws which can catch a low parry happy player and even has a three hit combo that can be canceled on the last hit and used to grab a opponent expecting to parry for a free B! combo. This makes Dragunov very tricky and dangerous to parry under normal circumstances.
high damage of counter hit: While being counter hit centric for his damage is a weakness when you get the counter hit the damage is definitely worth it as it often sets up for some juggle opportunities. He has moves that are design to evade an incoming attack and then land a counter launcher or if used regularly just your basic launcher.
Decent low/ mid mixup game: At close range Dragunov can make use of his short practical combos that cancel into mid/high or low/mid throw or finish out with a striking attack. This gives you a few options and allows you to keep pace with the battle and control it.
No Stances: Everything Dragunov can do can be done at anytime from anywhere, he has no stance changes to work through unlike a majority of characters in Tekken so he is able to focus on a more basic spacing/zoning style of gameplay in terms of how you know what move you are going to do next.

No combo list?
A thing I loved from Dragunov was his new surprise tackle when he's OTG facing down then suddenly launches at you and knocks you down for a mount attack.
Drag in Vanilla T6 had this chance to B! in a combo with f f f 2 which caused a nasty damage, now I think it's not possible to do so anymore.
