From what i've read on Kotaku it's supposed to be Combot, which will be something like Robo-Ky 2 from GG Isuka, you'll be able to customize it's move-list.

Well according to this the console version will have over 50 characters, and most likely additional stages (Brazil stage hinted), along with the already mentioned Combot's return working like Robo-Ky 2 in Fight Lab.

At this rate, Namco just made me a happy man by releasing it on September. Although, I wouldn't have objected over waiting till January of next year. You know, so they can spend more time on making the game better.
