The future face of fighting games.

It should of become apparent by now since the addition of whackjobs being added into KOF like Kula, Hinako, Malin, Momoko, etc, and the release of games like Melty Blood, Arcana Heart and so on. Nobody wants fighting games with characters that look like fighters anymore.

Even Tekken is getting hit by it. Look at Lili, Alisa.

Yup.

Character design in fighters is a thing of the past.
The fact is that the cute girl design, especially with sweet/gothic/punk lolita influences, seems quite popular in manga, anime, games and artworks in general.

Getting back to SkullGirls, I don't like the designs. Its aesthetics just isn't to my taste.

lol, Peacock looks fantastic! I luv her 30's cartoon style a-la old school Mickey, Oswald the Rabbit or Olive Oil but with a nastier attitude.

And considering that it is a more versus series gameplay probly game's gonna be broken as fuck. Tongue

Looks fun the game, though. I'm feeling attracted to it (mostly for Michiru's music).

The one with the vacuum is Bloody Mary the SkullGirl every body is after and the boss of the game! the one in the nurse outfit with the eyepatch is Valentine! That blob with some of the characters body parts is double is probably be the mid-boss!

A new Blog update and the New Select screen! They really got the classic movie thing spot on!

They changed Ms. fortune's Character design

And Painwheel is a Anti-SkullGirl like Peacock

At their youtube channel has their panel at EVO and the side tournament!

I definitely like how this is turning out. Problem is that I can't get over how Some of these characters feel like doodles that were made because of highschool boredom...
