1. What setting for KOF XIV would you prefer? Dream Match or a New Saga
2. Do you want some story elements from other franchises (Samurai Shodown and/or Last Blade) in the new Saga?

General
1. What setting for KOF XIV would you prefer? Dream Match or a New Saga. Dreammatch.
2. Do you want some story elements from other franchises (Samurai Shodown and/or Last Blade) in the new Saga? No story elements from games in a past setting. Maybe from present settings will be okay.
3. For the Hero Team, do you prefer the team go the KOF '99 Route (New Hero + Remnants of the previous Hero Team, in this case Duolon and/or Shen Woo) or a completely new one? New one.

Gameplay
4. What tournament format would you prefer? 3-on-3, 3-man tag or other (please specify) 3-on-3 is classic.
5. Would you like to keep the EX Moves? Yes.
6. Would you like to keep the Drive Gauge/Hyper Drive/Drive Cancel? Yes
7. Would you like to keep the NeoMAX? It's almost the same of HSDM, so Yes
8. Would you like to keep the Single Player Mode Target Actions? Yes
9. Do you like to see some new gameplay systems for KOF XIV? Please specify. Something new would be fine as long doesn't break the core style of the game.
10. Do you like to see more Single Player Target Actions? (If you want to keep the Single Player Target Actions in the previous question) Yes
11. Which KOF XIII characters would you want to buff or nerf in KOF XIV? Hard question to answer since the home console got a balance fix, so I geuss I have to wait until we play the new balanced XIII for console.
12. What gameplay improvements would you want in KOF XIV from KOF XIII? So far XIII is good for me in gameplay mechanics, as long they keep thsoe elements I'm happy.

Characters
13. Except Ash, Elisabeth and/or Bosses, which KOF XIII characters you, do not want to return in KOF XIV (including console exclusives)? None. Roster is fine and basic with their core characters and teams.
14. Which characters not in KOF XIII would you like to see in KOF XIV? Ramon, Ryuji, NFT Team, Eiji, Adelheid, Vanessa.
15. Which KOF XIII characters would you like to have new moves in KOF XIV? Kane (try some EX Kane moves, his counters back, some new DM's. EX Vice with some of her normals back, rave fest, misanthrope and withering surface DM)
16. Which Characters from KOF XIII should get a new NeoMAX? (If you want to keep the NeoMAX in the previous question) Chin's Neomax I prefer him as a DM/SDM, King's NM could be a SDM and bring back her Illusion Dance in nastier version as NM.
17. How much number of characters do you think will be in KOF XIV (Excluding Boss)? ____ Characters, ____ Teams and ____ Edit Hard to tell, that depends of the development time and costs.

Presentation
18. Would you like to re-use some stages from KOF XIII for KOF XIV? Not so many, or either remixed.
19. Do you want to re-use some KOF XIII themes (and Classic themes for some characters/teams) as alternate themes in KOF XIV? Maybe as alternate, I prefer the characters to evolve and mature rather than return to their looks 25 years ago.
20. Do you like to see some remade Classic Stages from older SNK/SNKP titles to appear in KOF XIV regardless of which platform? Which Stages? Yeah. The list might be long.
21. Do you like to keep the pre-fight dialogues from KOF XIII in KOF XIV? Sure.
22. Would you like to see the special effects from KOF XIII or have completely new Effects? Yes
23. Which characters would you like their sprites to be redrawn rather than re-colored? All the classic looking ones. They need a new fresh look.
24. Would you like the KOF XIII characters get a new color sets in KOF XIV? Yes
25. Do you like to have Alternate Colors on some characters like in KOF XIII for KOF XIV? Which characters? Yes, Vice and Mature could get their classic attire or the formal dresses from an artwork. Robert could get his NGBC look and Ryo the Mr. Karate get up
26. Do you want to have more extra character actions (intros, taunts, time overs, win poses) for KOF XIV? Definitely.
27. Do you like some special teams to have special ending illustrations? Yes

35. Do you think this game will be a completely new game rather than a “KOF XIII with new story and characters”? Well, SNK-P spent too much time to recreate these sprites, maybe XIV would still use the work done in XII and XIII.
36. What will be your expectations of this game in terms of game speed? I'd prefer it slightly faster.
37. Regardless of gaming platforms, what do you want to improve to KOF XIV from KOF XIII? Bit more speed, more characters (some new would be great) and after all BALANCE!

16. Which Characters from KOF XIII should get a new NeoMAX? (If you want to keep the NeoMAX in the previous question) King, Andy, Robert, Kim, Kensou, Clark and Chin (basically anyone whos currents NM is weak looking or not as awesome as it can be)

32. Would you like to have this game some console-only characters ? No , it means the game will be released a long time after the arcade
33. Would you like to have some Character-specific themes for the console? the more the merrier
34. Would you like to add Graphic Filters for the Console Port? optional filter is always nice to fit different TVs

35. Do you think this game will be a completely new game rather than a “KOF XIII with new story and characters”? KOFXIII wil slightly different system and characters , as usual , that would be fine
36. What will be your expectations of this game in terms of game speed? XIII's gamespeed is fine
37. Regardless of gaming platforms, what do you want to improve to KOF XIV from KOF XIII? movesets need to be completed for some characters , damage scaling need to be more severe for combos , cancels in hyperdrive mode need to drain more bar

15. Which KOF XIII characters would you like to have new moves in KOF XIV? Ryo : Bring back his long range and air fireball. And Billy : Add his classic FF1 Throwing pole moves and make him as Shion & Chin style character who have 2 style : Staff and staffless (the Billy "No" Kane stance).
16. Which Characters from KOF XIII should get a new NeoMAX? (If you want to keep the NeoMAX in the previous question) The current Neomax is okay. Just make them more epic. Maybe the addition of more effect and more cinematic, even add an anime cutscene when the Neomax is connected.

37. Regardless of gaming platforms, what do you want to improve to KOF XIV from KOF XIII? Not so fast paced, more characters (some new would be great) and after all BALANCE!

38. If you want anything else to be in KOF XIV (regardless of Arcade and Console iterations, should it be gameplay, presentation, modes) Please write it down (if necessary). Kyo keep his KOF 95 Style Moveset for his basic, Iori used a mixed of his old and new moveset with the new moveset became his basic, showing the full name of each characters in the HUD, the re-addition of Advance/Extra Mode but in a more balanced way, Anime cutscene in the ending showing Athena singing, Athena singing in the ending like in KOF 95, more interactive and cinematic intermission and pre-match intro like in KOF 97 & XII, Satella NNW, just like KOF XII & XIII most classic characters appear with their pre-KOF 96 appearances even their appearances and basic moveset in their very own original game (except Iori, Kensou's moveset and Chin's moveset which is a good change), more attractive stages like KOF 96-97-XII-XIII, each team have their own Stages & Themes which is really fit with their characters like in 94-95-96, and let Katsuhisa Namase to voiced Billy again.

Oh, BTW Vecta, I copied your post with some modification since I share some of your opinion.
