I lol'ed seeing Sawada as an option on the SF side, I had to vote for him just for shits and giggles.

I also voted for Kunimitsu on the Tekken side.

To be honest... I wasn't really expecting for Sawada.

I'd be fine with Kazuya and Ryu being rivals again, as Jin and Bison are rivals because they lead the antagonist groups of their respective series (Jin with the Zaibatsu, and Bison with Shadaloo).

I actually think that Jin is more suited to be a rival to Ryu than Kazuya ... dunno but thats just h ow i see it. Too bad Jin doesn't have a "ken" ... maybe hworang, but it just seems more fitting for him to be with steve :S

I think Kazuya might be a great rival to Akuma because both of them have that same undying thurst for power and they are just plain assholes, so it fits i guess Tongue

Kunimitsu vs Ibuki should be made in this game IMHO, Maybe if kunitmitsu was tagged with zafina, and Ibuki with Rose, the rivalry could be more intense.

Chun li ... i don't know who actually fits to be her rival, but in my head, Nina or Julia is a better fit than Asuka or even Lili.

Karin Vs Lili is what should happen ! Damn you Ono for not seeing the OBVIOUS, sakura/karin vs asuka/lili is just so damn obvious ... and its more appropriate.

Up to now I am still flabbergasted over that decision of Trollno. It's as if in Capcom vs SNK the Chun-li/Mai rivalry was Chun-li/Athena.  Angry

I'm loving all those leading character in the poll, and I am hoping that Harada won't troll the community in the end. Hell, Muspelheim, Hades will be unleashed if he does not!  Angry

Harada is a professional, not a circus monkey like Ono.

Ono shoehorned tons of characters and few pairs even made sense. Perhaps the only pairing I really liked cuz they matched well was Julia and Bob.

Harada has a very "meh" interest in her. Besides we are getting Mika, Karin, and THE INFAMOUA INGRID. Futhermore, Hugo mentally challenged ass won't be in this thus no need for Poison.

Dunno, not so sure that poison would fit in nicely in the game.

I feel like Harada has to pick his characters wisely because not any character from a 2d Game can transition into a 3d game. I dunno how the hell he will be making the system, will the fireballs function like Devil Jin's laser ? will there be supers and such ?

Feels like this will be a challenge for harada.

Considering that he doesn't really feel so thrilled with the idea to begin with, he's pretty much going an uphill walk.

I'd prefer something more no-nonsense, pure martial arts display rather than relying on magic and super powas or fb spam (that in Tekken trying to play with fireballs or distance shit like that gets you punished rather than anything).

That would be awesome ... I seriously wanna see SF characters get down and dirty and into actual fighting styles. If people bitch about the fireballs then its their issue.

And hmmm, last year didn't Harada say we wouldn't see anything about it anytime soon because his team was busy doing... ohhh, TTT2, Tekken Hydrid and Tekken 3DS before even touching TxSF? This is a pointless article. Harada already stated that he doesn't want to touch the game right now because there's still a few projects going.

If anything this is Ono's way of saying "Just rush this bitch out and cash-in on the hype"
