And the similarities to MKvsDC keep piling up. The same writing team who wrote the story for MKvsDC are also writing the story for this game.

Well considering that the writing team did okay (If you count the fact that they were working with two very different franchises). Also wasn't the team made mostly by DC writters? Seems like a natural choice for this game.

Oh I sent this to one of my friends who's more of a comic freak he lost interest when he saw The Flash's armored outfit and now believes this going to be pretty much like a bad 90's comic spin-off kind of thing.

Which begs the question, what do you guys think?

Personally, that's not a big of a concern. DC itself went through a reboot, so the fact that new aesthetics were implemented is actually nice to see. Even more so on Wonder Woman's case. (Love her tight pants!)

Will this game have its own take on the DC Universe? Absolutely. But it'll be given a purpose, since it'll be written by Palmiotti and Gray. (Dunno who they are? Look up Jonah Hex and All-Star Western, you'll enjoy those books.)

Now, with that out of the way, I'll be wishing for the Secret Six to make it in this game. At least King Shark. And Lobo.

I can see them definitely learning their mistakes and not scared to show some more blood. I thought the costume choice will bother me but somehow it doesn't. It's better here than the other uses.    Only thing bug me is Batman dragon kicking Grundy into buildings miles away because it just doesn't feel right as his character.

I'm mildly excited, but to be honest the way fighters are constantly churning out at the mo, its difficult to get over enthusiastic.

Still, I'm sure we'll see more over E3.

MK 2011 was good, and the graphics were nice although the animations feel like they could've been better, but otherwise a good fighting game.
I have faith that this'll be a good game...so long as DC don't mess it up @_@
