CEO 2012 Fighting Game Championships Official Trailer



CEO 2012 Fighting Game Championships are a 3 day Gaming Convention for all Fighting Game Enthusiasts from all over the world competing for cash and prizes. Come witness and compete with some of the best players in the world inside of one of the largest 20,000 sq ft tournament gaming venues at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. If you want to come out and just have fun there will also be plenty of Casual Gaming Stations to play some of the latest Games.
Please Make sure to purchase your Event Badge before each game entry and Save by buying your Badges early. There will be Spectator Badges for those wishing to bring friends and family to the event. They will be sold at the door for $20 cash only for the entire weekend. There will be tons of space filled with Casual Game setups for those not competing to help make the most of the event.

FRIDAY  June 15th SCHEDULE

10AM-Midnight

Doors Open for Badge Pick Up for those that have already registered online throughout the entire day until Midnight
Late Registration Begins at 10 am at a Separate line and ENDS for all Official Tournament Signups at 4 Pm to fill out any byes left in pool brackets. If you can not make it between these times on Friday then you MUST Register online before the June 10th Deadline.
Late Reg is Cash Only $50 for your weekend Badge and $10 Per Game.
Casual Stations will be open all morning until 6 pm for those who are registered and have picked up their badges.

10 AM

Doors Open for Badge Pick Up throughout the entire day until 9 pm

3PM Pool Judges Meeting, If you would like to volunteer to be a Pool Judge over the weekend, please email ceogaming@Gmail.com with the Subject CEO 2012 Volunteer. You will be notified shortly if needed.

4PM- Signups for AE2012 and UMvC3 3v3 Team Tournaments will beging with a 32 team cap. Signups will close at 6 pm. Tournaments will begin at 8 pm until Midnight for these 2 Team tournaments. The Tentative SFxT 2v2 Tournament has been CANCELLED.

On Site Signups for the ST Tournament of Legends Qualifier all day by the ST Arcade Cabinets, Tournament Begins at 8 pm

6:30 PM All Casuals will be stopped at 6:15 for a 25 minute Special Presentation to be announced soon.

7PM CEO 2012 Opening Ceremony Will Begin

8PM Team Tourneys Begin.

Doors Close at Midnight

SATURDAY  June 16th SCHEDULE

9:00 AM Doors Open and Last Minute Badge Pickups for those who can't make it on Friday to pick them up. You must check in 30 minutes before your pool starts

10AM Pool Play Begins. As a Competitor it is your duty to be on time and ready to play. Please arrive at your designated pool time 30 minutes before Start so that the pool judge will check your name on the brackets. Your name will be called by the Pool Judge 3 times while the pool is running, after that your name will be called on the House MIC, if you do not return to your pool within a 5 minute time limit you will be DQd for that match. Only exception is if you are involved in another tournament match which you should notify your pool judge right away.

 2 Players will come out from Each Pool. One Winner without any losses and One from Loser’s Side. So 16(8 Winners and 8 Loser) players will make it out of Pools into a Semifinal Bracket to be played throughout the endings of Pools. Your first loss will carry over to the top 16 so your next loss will be elimination.

 For 64 Or Less players up to 4 16 man pools

For 65-128 players Divided into 8 Pools of 16 players or less each to cut to top 16 then top 8.

For over 129-256 Players It will be Divided into 4 Pools with 64 Or less to cut to top 8.

257-512 Will be divided evenly into 32 pools of 16 players tops.

10AM UMvC3/AE2012/SFxT/KOFXIII Pools Begin and will be spread out in 2 hour Blocks throughout the day until a top 64/32/16 is complete depending on entry number. One winner and One loser will come out of every pool and continue play Sunday Morning. Capcom Fighters will have 6 pools running at once with 2 stations and KOF will be run on 2 pools at once until completed.

12 Noon Tekken 6/ BBCS:EX/ SCV/Skullgirls/ Mortal Kombat Pools Begin There will be 4 stations with 2 pools running every 2 hours on Saturday Until Completed

Pools will continue throughout the entire day, Players entering multiple tournaments will be in different time blocks amongst their games so that any chance of being in 2 pools at once is highly unlikely.

6PM BlazBlueCS:EX Finals and Tekken 6 Finals (There will be 2 streams)

8PM Skullgirls Finals

10PM KOF XIII Finals

Doors Close at Midnight and the Official CEO 2012 24 Hour Pool Party Will Begin!


SUNDAY June 17th SCHEDULE

10AM Doors Open

SemiFinal Pools to cut to TOP 8 for UMvC3/AE2012/SFxT All begin at 10 AM, A Final 8 for each of these games will be finalized by 4 PM

12 NOON Soul Calibur V Finals

2 pm Mortal Kombat 9 Finals

4 pm SFxT Finals

6pm Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 Finals

8 PM AE 2012 Finals

10PM Closing Ceremony and Final Awards
