TV-kun 2002 "Down B"ypassing guide

I made an interesting discover, its very easy to bypass into down B during an combo, whenever you hold "down" and "BC" you will get a low B 100% of the times with a character, and it can lead to some powerfull combos. Also most of then are very easy, since down B is automatic and you don't need to care about running.

This is very useful for me, because I think that any other way to BC from low is ver hard

dA,dA,dBC (dB will come out), qcf+Ax2, SDM (4 stocks)

Terry:

dA,dBC, DP+D, qcf+C, SDM (4 Stocks)

I have found out that some character such as Shermie are way too inconsitent into dBC cancel, you will get a stance cancel sometimes.
