I don't think the game needs any graphical adjustments ... obsessing over graphics these days isn't really worth it imho, especially when it is something like KOF.
I want KOF XIV with at least 12 more characters with new stages and such, and i want the 97 team back
.
I would prefer GMOTW 2 over an AOF 4 because i was more of a fatal fury player.

Aside from fighting, maybe they will try a couple other genres for future games such as a new shooter.
Want
disc collections
for
PC
or console of all the mobile and pachinko games.
I think that not yet have all of the old SNK games been run through for console disc collections so another could come?

Since the question is "What is the next project from SNK Playmore in your opinion?" more than "What is the next project from SNK Playmore that you would like to see?", if we are speaking of fighting games only, I think it will be KOF XIV, for various reasons.
1. It's SNK Playmore's most popular title. They really need money, and more popular=more sales, usually.
2. KOF includes characters from other SNK franchises. Of course, the games they come from don't have exactly KOF's mechanics, but KOF is the easiest and most immediate way to make the fans of more franchises happy.
3. The (comparatively) recently redrawn sprites. Many characters have already been redrawn with the new style. Doing the same for other titles will require more effort, time and money.

@Mai: King Of Fighters current graphics are PERFECT! The only I want SNK to do is make Billy's sprite a bit better next time around

@ Mai~Crimsonheart,
is stunning in the current situation, but any graphics enhancements will be great !
@ Sera, I guess
KOF XIV
will be the most likely next game from
SNK Playmore
, you listed some good points, and I agree with you !
- For the next
KOF
, I hope SNK to do alternative outfits for some characters, like Ralf, Leona, etc ...

How about adding the full Metal Slug cast as playable characters? The Ikari Team has been in there since the beginning of KOF, so why not the MS group? Is Fio the only character anyone cares about from the Metal Slug games?

Metal Slug characters would be way out of place, none of them have the qualities of the kind of fighting game KOF is.
Save it for NGBC, where the characters are allowed to be silly.

I think is more likeable to happen a KOF XIV (a dream match with all Ash Saga Tales characters) then a NGBC2 or SVC2 (please no CVS 3).
But I'd cry if I could see in the future a Last Blade 3 or MOTW 2.

SVC2 (please no CVS 3).
Why would you want a SvC2 which was a shitty game when CvS3 was kinda good?

i feel like SvC had so much freakin potential. fantastic sprites, finally able to use capcom characters under the king of fighters system. I honestly feel like it was the gauge that ruined the whole game. i didn't understand it, and it wasn't pleasant to learn or anything. I'm glad they never tried to bring that back, at least from what i know of.

I thought most of the sprites in SvC Chaos looked terrible, especially on Capcom's side. Shiki was the only good looking sprite in the whole game.
Also, the game did not use KOF's system at all.

- I don't like
SvC Chaos
at all, the games is sucks, bad music, bad stages, etc ...
- If they planned one day to put
Metal Slug
characters in a
KOF
game, they have to give them real moves not just shooting with a pistol or throwing bombs !

I liked the cyberpunk ambient of SVC Chaos, though. It had this eerie feeling of mysticism, rust, decay and technology from another world parallel to their respective universes. Music was fine for the post SNK era (personally, think was lot better than 2002) but never reached the glory of the old SNK music.
Gameplay needed refinement, though. Quite broken and rushed, IMHO. But was a fun game nevertheless.
Perhaps the character that REALLY loved was Violent Ken, but that's it.

I think both SVC and CVS are shit, SVC was one of the first games of SNKP, a low-cost-hurried game, and CVS was a bad try to imit a KOF game, and a very bad slow-rush game. SNKP must negociate licence for a new release, and Capcom this time are busy with Namco, because this game is discarted.
Garou is not my favorite saga, but now could be the right time to do a sequel, strategically, KOF must rest a little time for exploit KOF XIII

2 Years passed since the release of KOF XIII on the arcades, I believe that SNK is working on a Dream Match version of KOF XIII, and I believe it will be in the markets next year, for KOF XIV, I guess SNK is planning to keep it till 2014 because 20th anniversary of KOF series ! sure it will include a new storyline and tons of famous characters
