Yeah saw that about an hour ago. Looks very promising. It funny when ppl are saying "why did they call it needlemouse???". Shows they def not a sonic fan.....

You with me NS, and the cool thing is, its going to be a DL game for xbox, psn and wii. But id still like an official case and manual for the game Sad

I was also checking the silhouette they made on the original trailer. Def is different now so it was just a W.I.P and not an direct lookalike.

Fuck yeah for Sonic 4, Ep. 1!
I'll be getting the NDS Sonic collection  for my nephews to prepare themselves for this game.
As psyched as I am for it, I won't hold high hopes, just so when  it does deliver I'll be the happiest son of a gun that day =D

Glad they're on the right track here. I was getting sick and tired of all the gimmicks they've been going through these past years. Now that's left is some plain good level design.

One of my former soldiers came into work and said, "Hey, sergeant! I was online and I saw this new Sonic game. It's 2D just like the old ones and it looks pretty cool. I thought about you when I saw it and wondered if you knew anything about it." I then had to go into my "do you know who you're talking to" rant. I'm seriously excited about this game.

Top 5 Sonic Stages (Genesis Era):

1. Sandopolis
2. Diamond Dust
3. Hill Top
4. Casino Night
5. Star Light

Top 5 Sonic Stages (3D):
1. Sky Deck
2. Hang Castle
3. Ice Cap
4. Sand Hill
5. Metal Harbor

I'm excited for Sonic 4. I wouldn't mind Tails and Knuckles being playable, but no-one else. They added variety to the gameplay and could get through the stages in different ways.

Also, here are my top 5 2D and 3D.

Top 5 2D:

1. Death Egg (Sonic and Knuckles)
2. Stardust Speedway (Sonic CD)
3. Ice Cap (Sonic 3)
4. Lava Reef/Hidden Palace (Sonic and Knuckles)
5. Flying Battery (Sonic and Knuckles)

Top 5 3D:

1. Levitated Ruin (Sonic and the Secret Rings)
2. Egg Fleet (Sonic Heroes)
3. Final Rush (Sonic Adventure 2)
4. Green Forest (Sonic Adventure 2)
5. Sky Deck (Sonic Adventure)

Levitated Ruin gets the top spot due to 1: a sentimental reason, 2: the music being fantastic and 3: the gargoyle trail chases are wonderful. There's something about the high altitude stages in the 3D ones where one mess up means a long fall to your death that I love. Yeah, they're really annoying, but doing a perfect run on them is something that just feels awesome.

Soooo who is getting sonic allstar racing?? All star tennis was fairly good and the mission werent too bad either. I wouldnt mind a car game (not into full on like GT5 or anything) and I was reading about, and it was said that its is fairly skillful game. The drifting you can do nearly anytime unlike Mario cart and apparently with the items that arent unbalanced like Mario Cart either.

Im interested to see someones perspective on the game before i get it cos im not sure if i want to not yet

ME! ME! I'M GETTING IT!

My fav. Kart racing game is Crash Team Racing, followed by Mario Kart Wii. I don't expect it to be mindblowing awesome, but just simply fun.
Mind you this game is much more fun multiplayer =)

Also, driving a forklift is mad fun XD
