Silhoutes aren't very clear but to me they look like, from left to right-
Cap, Doom, Deadpool, Wolverine, Gambit

EDIT: Actually maybe that is Thor that is 5th? Looking at his feet that looks like a Hammer.
I would lol so hard if they somehow get Thorcules in this XD

EDIT2: Hmm someone at NeoGAF mentioned that the one next to Cap might be Moon Knight? Dunno TBH, but I'm leaning towards Doom.

The characters look more realistic....no more anime-style look like on previous "Marvel vs Capcom" series or "Tatsunoko vs. Capcom" the characters look more American-style animated....

Ya know what they should do for the Marvel characters? Give them alt. outfits as pallete swaps.
EG, Logan can have his 80s brown outfit and his current X-Force colour outfit for selecting him with a specific button.

Okay, that looks pretty cool. I just hope Chris gets better treatment on his movelist compared to Jill on MvC2 (I didn't like hers).

From the looks of it, the graphics looks like something on 360 or the PS3. Bad news for me so far.
