For now, here's the Tier List for SF3: 3S, from the SRK wiki (this appears to be the latest one from Arcadia)-
S+ - Chun-Li
S - Yun
A+ - Ken, Dudley
A - Makoto, Yang
A- - Urien, Akuma, Ryu, Oro
B+ - Hugo
B - Elena, Ibuki, Alex
C - Necro, Twelve, Remy, Q
D - Sean

Nice to see Yang, Elena and Hugo getting ranked up =)

I still feel like Sean was number 1 in Double Impact... That dude was just so beastly. I feel like at the least he needs to be up there with Gouki and Ibuki.

Hey tizoc, you want to make a different thread for the different sf3 games, that way all the right info would be in the one place? Change this one to a 3s one or something and relocate your sf3:2ndImpact stuff a new thread.

^Hmm OK sure, I'LL leave this for 3S and make another thread for NG/2I if that's OK (a thread dedicated to the first 2 SF3 games)

@Sol- Yeah I do agree on that, but I think Gouki and Ibuki have tools that make them a lot better than Sean, if not in damage than in footsies and mix-ups among other things, hence why I ranked them both at the very top. If you find Sean to be among them, then hey sure go for it =)

I just can't believe they destroyed Sean the way they did in 3rd Strike.

I know man, while his normals can be good for anti-airs and such, what they should've done with his movelist IMO-
1- QCB+K should've been like 2I where you're a short distance away from your opponent whether it hits them or gets blocked. Allow linking into Super only after the EX version hits, or it could've been done so linking after QCB+2K is possible on a few characters only.
2- QCF+K is fine in 3S, but it could be better. EX can not knock down and linking to Super is possible.
3- DP+P should not have changed, the 2I ver. wasn't too powerful IMO, but is a better anti-air than the Slam Dunk of Gayness.

Can't think of anything other than those, but they could've nerfed him such that he'd be Mid~High Tier =/

Personally in 3s when I was really into playing the game and taking time to actually learn a character I was playing Necro and Twelve. I was sad to see they were not getting any love, I know Twelve is weak sauce, but Necro is pretty damn good.

Akuma, Alex, Dudley and Remy are my favs in 3rd Strike...I'm a big Necro fan (especially with his black color pallete) but I suck with him.....
