There are a couple of really good combo vids for AH3 out now. I could find some match vids of really good Petra and Zenia players too. Petra got even better now. Zenia didn't seem to have any significant changes but she's still solid.

There's no way that's even possible because the PS2 will be decommissioned by the end of the year.
Anyways, I really hope Aksys Games gets on this ASAP.

I've updated Catherine's wiki page almost completely. The only things I'm not finished with yet is the Arcana and Combo section. I'm going to add more description on the special moves as well. I haven't been to Austin in a while to figure out some new combos. I'll have to go there soon.
For those of you interested in Catherine, I put all the basic info and more. Check out the wiki page and tell tell me what you think.

What does the PS2 have to do with any of this? I know about how bad the PS2 port was, but with ArcSys handling the porting now, things are lookin good.

Having a ps2 port would limit the amount of people playing it and the competition scene. Also the ps2 officially ran its last cycle as of August of this year completing its 10 year life span. There will be no more advancing of funds for production and distribution of new ps2 consoles and games.

Uh yeah seeing how just about all the major fighting game titles recently got released on the PS3 and 360, I still don't see what the PS2 has to do with any of it.
Hell it's a freaking given that if AH3 were to come to console it'd be for PS3 and 360 (and Wii if possible).

Not really, they could have still just released on the ps2, only in Japan. Japan gets games for "dead consoles" quite a while after they are discontinued. Also AH is only a major game in their countries and thats only in their arcades. So you should be able to understand bit of frustration that would have came if we didn't already know AH3 was gonna be on next gen consoles. On a side note, I don't AH games working on the wii because the game has a lot of button usage and unless they are gonna force you to get a stick then alot of people would not be playing. Most if not all the games on the wii have to be compatible with the wii mote by default and I just don't see that happening unless its very dumbed down.

Be that as it may, after the ridiculous debacle with AH2's port, and seeing how most player's play online on current consoles, them putting it on the PS3 and 360 is the obvious choice.

That was said about a lot of games when ps3 and 360 hit the market and they went to ps2. Just saying, there is no obvious choices when dealing with japan. They don't act, rationally at times. They are like Seto Kaiba from Yugioh Abridged "Screw The Rules! I have money!"

Uh what games? Only games that come to mind are fighters/arcade games, and even then, they got 360 ports at least.

I'd like to think SNK does that mostly, but looking at some other titles, they were just trying odd money making.

New screenshots for the console version, along with artwork for three characters have been released
This game looks interesting to play, I will certainly play as Weiß when the game comes out.
And the console version of the game will have the following:
23 playable characters and 23 arcana to select
Online play
An arcade style mode where six players take turns fighting each other
Simple combo system
